Tomy Product Tester gives people a chance tell us and you what they think of our products!

How does Product Tester Work?

At Tomy, we are committed to providing products that suit the needs of our customers and are always keen to receive feedback on product before and after we launch them.

To ensure we constantly monitor and improve our products, we regularly recruit Tomy product testers to give feedback on our range of products.

Each month, we select tester groups from people who have signed up to become Tomy Product Testers. We make our selection based on your child’s date of birth and gender depending on which product we are testing.

Once we have selected our group of testers, we then send each Product Tester an email detailing the testing process with a questionnaire to complete and send back once they have received the products.

In return, testers are able to keep the tested product as a Thank You.

We are currently reviewing our Product Tester program to make improvements that help our customers. In the mean time, read product reviews that have been collected so far....
