Webcare - My Parent and Baby Unit have lost contact, what should I do?

It may be possible that the encrypted code pairing both units has been corrupted, to reset the code please follow these instructions;

• Place the Parent Unit next to the Baby Unit.
• Press and hold the Baby Units ON/OFF button until the unit activates.
• Once active, press and hold the Baby Units ON/OFF Button and Nightlight buttons together until either both buttons start to flash (TD300 Digital model) or the LCD screen displays a flashing + sign (TD350 Digital Plus model).

Within 60 seconds of the above;

• Activate the Parent Unit by pressing the ON/OFF button, once active press and hold the Parent Units ON/OFF Button and Nightlight buttons together until either both buttons start to flash (TD300 Digital model) or the LCD screen displays a flashing + sign (TD350 Digital Plus model).
• If the connection sequence has been successful the flashings buttons or LCD screen shall end and normal monitoring shall begin.
