Tomy Monitor Guarantee

Our current range of Walkabout Monitors are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase, as detailed on the packaging and product instructions.

During the guarantee period the Monitor can be returned to the place of purchase (subject to the retailer's returns policy) or alternatively to our After Sales Service Centre for replacement.

Please note: As detailed in the product instructions you will be required to provide proof of purchase to validate your guarantee.

Tomy Toy Guarantee

All Tomy Toys are covered by a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects. During this period should you experience a problem we would recommend in the first instance that you return the product to the retailer as they should be able to assist you further with this matter (subject to the retailers return's policy).

Alternatively, if you are unable to return to the retailer, please send the complete product, together with proof of purchase to our After Sales Service Centre, and on receipt we will replace the product for you.
